Q: How long have you been in business and offering consulting services?
A: With nearly 30 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience, I bring deep industry knowledge across retail, importing, life coaching, and business consulting. Since launching my first business in 1995, I’ve supported hundreds of companies as Lead Consultant for the Regional Transportation Authority’s Mainstreet Program and others. My background in engineering, automation, project management, and strategic planning allows me to deliver actionable, results-driven solutions.

Q: What is your professional background?
A: I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Over the past 17+ years, I’ve led successful projects in manufacturing, aerospace, academia, and business development. I’m also a certified life coach, helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through mindset development and performance strategy.

Q: What is your consulting process before, during, and after a project?

Q: Should others review your proposal?
A: Absolutely. We encourage stakeholders to review all proposals to ensure alignment, clarity, and consensus on goals, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.

Q: Are all tasks, services, and costs provided in writing?
A: Yes. You will receive a detailed written proposal outlining services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Once approved, we proceed with full transparency and clear expectations.

Q: Do you guarantee satisfaction?
A: We guarantee completion of agreed-upon tasks as outlined in the proposal. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to external variables, we commit to delivering our services with diligence, integrity, and professionalism.

Q: Is my information kept confidential?
A: Absolutely. All client information is strictly confidential. We maintain the highest standards of discretion and security to protect your business and personal data.

Q: Will I own all accounts (website, social media, etc.)?
A: Yes. You retain full ownership of all accounts to ensure control, transparency, and flexibility. This is essential for long-term strategic success.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: A 50% retainer is due at project initiation. An additional 25% is billed at the halfway mark, with the final 25% due upon project completion. We accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cashier’s checks. Additional services beyond the original scope may require separate approval and payment.

Q: Do you offer other related services?

Q: Do you work locally, nationally, or internationally?
A: We serve clients across all regions. Most projects can be managed remotely via phone, Zoom, or Teams. For local clients, we also offer in-person meetings when appropriate for deeper collaboration.

Q: Do I have direct access to the lead consultant?
A: Yes. You’ll work directly with Steve Taylor, Founder and Principal Consultant.
