HOW TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS BY EXPRESSING GRATITUDE

GoalSettingAvatar's LOA Gratitude Stones

In 1910, Wallace D. Wattles published his book, “The Science of Getting Rich”, in which he describes the principals for how to become successful and wealthy. One such principal is the daily practice of expressing gratitude. It is one of the conduits by which wealth will come to you. He writes, “The more gratefully we fix our minds on the supreme when good things come to us, the more good things we will receive.” Moreover he writes, “It is necessary to cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.”

In 2015, Psychology Today published the article, “7 Scientifically Proven Benefits of Gratitude”. The benefits described include:

  1. Gratitude opens the door to more relationships

  2. Gratitude improves physical health

  3. Gratitude improves psychological health

  4. Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression

  5. Grateful people sleep better

  6. Gratitude improves self-esteem

  7. Gratitude increases mental strength.

The benefits of expressing gratitude have been proven scientifically and antidotally. However, to experience these benefits we must continuously express gratitude. This is not always easy to do in our contemporary and busy lives. One way to remind us to express gratitude is Goal Setting Avatar’s Law of Attraction (LOA) gratitude stones. These stones are made from polished magnetic hematite (thought to have mythical healing properties) and can be carried in your pocket or magnetically attached to any metallic surface.
